Mr. Weida Bi is the Deputy Dean of School of Visual Effect and the lecturer of Department of Visual Effects, School of Animation Arts, instructing the programme Visual Effect Production. With a Master Degree in Software Engineering, he has a expertise in computer graphics and image processing.
     He has worked at Huaqiang Fantawild Film Investment Co., Ltd. as visual effect artist, in charge of visual effect production in numerous projects, including Million Dollar Crocodiles, The Missing, Prehistoric Monster, etc. He was served as an engineer of Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Automation (CASIA), responsible for Experimental Data Reconstruction and Visualization, and involved in neuron reconstruction projects and brain-like intelligence research.
