         Roger has worked as a lead character animator and animation supervisor on numerous TV commercials and animation project, and in 2008 founded the online forum NZCGI.com.

         In 2008, Roger founded NZCGI.com, an online forum designed to give New Zealand CG artists a place to share artwork, help each other, and be inspired and motivated. It has proven to be especially helpful to students as they learn more about their craft.
